Practical voice recognition ( IBM and Dragon will take care of that )

real high-speed access to the internet ( Not MSFT's problem )

worry free virus/worm security ( MSFT's problem )
seamless ability to control/monitor home functions (heat, TV, stereo, etc.) ( X10 anyone ? )

and the ability to support games in Pixar quality resolution.. ;-) ===NICE== but that's up to Nvidia and ATI now.
