It suggests to me that we have more downside, though if it breaks above the line...that would be bullish. Either way, it suggests a bigger move is coming. Look for the break and then play it in that direction. That is what it is tellin me.

It depends. The only good bet is that when it breaks out of its pattern, go with the flow.
