" The Divine, in a contraction thereof, via the "form" of a Causal body, to which is added for each incarnation a) an energy body b) a physical body all arising in the Divine, all "juiced" by the Divine "What is the relationship between these different incarnations?" Each is a continuation of ALL that have (illusorily) "preceded" it,at all of the individual level, societal level, species level. Meher Baba talks about the process of being the EVOLUTION of CONSCIOUSNESS through form. "Why do we have no direct perception of them the way we do of our current concept of 'self'?" Some people do. There's an "industry" that provides this service! Key in "regression session" on Google. OR listen to the track by the band "MC 900 FOOT JESUS" called "Regression Session" <ggg> Adi Da says that generally people don't remember because: a) with each birth your "deck gets reshuffled" b) it would be too chaotic if you experienced all lifetimes simultaneously (don't we have enough trouble with just 1 set of recollections?) I will add my own question to your list: Isn't this a pretty screwed-up way to do things? Not necessarily! If you are evolving consciousness through form, and decided to implement a "distributed free-will architecture", I would say it is BRILLIANT systems work, even though some of short term results are less than wonderful.
