MARKET ACTION: Stock Buy ** VTSS ** for trade @ 14.16. Tight stops. Strong relative strength on news/upgrade yesterday. It does need the SOX to rally however. CRUS is even a stronger stock but may be close to extended short term. I will sell if it dips below $14 for more than a few minutes and the NAZ turns negative and/or the SOX turns more turns negative. Not a high reward to risk play but it may work out. Risk is .25 points (with stops), upside is 1.00 point short term and 2.00 and 6.00 pts. intermediate term. IMHO.

This new bill could have a very positive impact on the stock price of Metal Storm (ASX:MST - NASDAQ:MTSX).

Metal Storm Limited is a research and development company based in Brisbane, Australia, with an office in Washington DC in the United States. The company is capturing unprecedented attention from defence organisations world-wide with its revolutionary 100% electronic ballistics technology, which has no known conventional equivalent.

Good contacts 'in high places' can't hurt either.
