I am sure that the rumor is the reason for the ramp. I just think that the rumor is a bunch of BS.

I think IBM is putting a lot of pressure on this market especially the DOW.
CNBC said IBM was down on rumors of them missing earnings....what I wonder is if they weren't going to miss wouldn't the stock have recovered by now?
If they are going to miss wouldn't they have warned?
