15:08 ET Cardiac Science (DFIB) 4.06 +0.23 (+6.0%): Trading floor sources at CIBC are telling us that 19 mln private placement shares were unlocked from restriction and can now trade in the open mkt. However, a significant portion of these shares are owned by insiders, who the firm feels are unlikely to sell at these levels. Reiterates $8 price target.
