I agree with your comments, but don't believe we will see the outcome you suggest. More likely A fall guy will be selected (Fastow?) and everything will be shown to be his fault. Everybody else will be squeaky clean, didn't know, couldn't know, couldn't understand, wasn't there. The auditors will show that they blew a few (inaudible) whistles but they couldn't get any action. How could the Board know? They relied on the auditors! Nobody knew but the one EVIL one. He will get a long prison sentence in a country-club atmosphere, but with good behavior will be on the street in two years. Then with some of the cash he still has he will spearhead a rehabilitation program for blind, black underage victims of drug abuse in some desparate neighborhoud of El Paso, or wherever. He will write some magazine article about how Jesus saves. Jerry Falwell will praise him. Namaste! Jim

I responded on this thread.. Message 16892096 Then saw it is a moderated thread and since they may not like what I wrote.... a copy is here.... I agree with you, If I had my drothers, I'd have the gvmt make a deal with all the exec's....and save the taxpayers some coin... ..Return ALL money from your personal and family assets...you get to keep $100,000 worth of personal property, this means house, car, bank acct, futniture, toys, boats, etc...now your wife will have to go to work..ohh, tuff sh!t huh....and You go to jail for 10 years.....maybe you'l get lucky and have a bunkmate named Bubba that is 6'9 and 300lbs.... all this instead of the govmt taking it all away and locking your a$$ up for life....no parole...because what you did is criminal....and deserve to be at Bubba's beck and call....
