I can't say I fully understand all of this. In particular: The jury also confirmed IGEN's rights to Roche's Elecsys® diagnostics product line I don't know if this means just the know-how (which was already an entitlement under the contract) or more than this... Depending upon how this pans out, it's quite possible that an auction will develop for IGEN. The logical thing would be for Roche to buy them, but should they try to underpay, it could be a smart deal for another pharma... and how ambitious are MLNM feeling ? <g> nig
