I ordered this for the business so I can't use the home help number. I do not see a phone number for business customers to use for help and the e mails are like just give this message to your IT manager and he will understand. Last e mail went as thus: Listen asshole I am a SMALL sheet metal shop and the only employees I have bend metal and build shit. I don't have anyone on the payroll to care for my 1 non/networked computer!!! Please try to speak in a language I understand. Only response since then was a survey asking if I was satisfied with my experience.
