Frank,

- forced population transfers occur all the time in Crypress, India, all of post WW II Europe, etc... most considerate it more compassionate than an all-out civil war

- so by moving all the Jews to state of Western Palestine, all the Arabs to state of Eastern Palestine - all the bloodshed is avoided and a real lasting peace can be achieved

maybe this solution would work?: The entire country of Israel would easily fit in the state of Texas. Why not offer to re establish Israel and all of its citizens to Texas?
