Also, defuse a little bit of your anger before you call. Let them know you are upset but do not rant and rave at them, much as you would like to. You'll find that a calmer approach will get you better service with them most of the time.

I was actually calm through over a week of 3 and 4 e mails per day. Finally I couldn't take it any more. I will try the phone gig in the morning.
