Arthur Anderson is a consulting company, which, I believe, is a private company. They are recruiting MBA's and Ph.D.'s from well-known universities, such as Stanford, Berkeley, U Penn, Harvard, etc. They also have done some consulting works for foreign countries, such as Korea, Japan, China, etc, but most of the so-called researchers (consultants) are not well prepared for, or sometimes not even familiar with the cultures and systems of the countries. They are over-rated, inflated and arrogant. Well, OIMO. Steve
