Not really, but apparently he/she went to prep school in England, studied physics at Oxford, reads Latin well, Greek less well, has access to a lot of old books, presumably in the Bodleian (Oxford's famous library), and appears to have studied rhetoric. Skilled at analysis of evidence contained in the public record as a way of determining whether an alleged event actually transpired centuries ago. Blaming one's enemies for atrocities as a way of inflaming public sentiment against them is a very old trick.
