Nokia (52 week low under 13) was outperforming the sector having reached 27, not seen since June, while qcom (52 week low around 38) was about 50 where it was in October of this year when I wrote that post. Nokia was still rising, while qcom had fallen from over 62 in November.

Opwv will benefit with the sales of internet enabled phones, whether or not people use them right away, but those sales depend on the economy and an upgrade cycle.
