Who was it at or outside of Arthur Andersen who gave the order to destroy Enron data? Who has that kind of clout, after all tampering with evidence is criminal activity. We can rule out "stupidity" as the reason for the destruction of the papers. Those AA employees know better than that which is why they were hired. Guess they never imagined they'd be so heavily enmeshed in such a scandal.
