o yes i read a report that if unemployment hit 6.5% roughly 36states unemployment funds would have to declare insolveny(we are so prepared).Max

LTK,

One of the beauties of our system is that the consumer can file bankruptcy every 7 years. He/she can get rid of the credit card debt and start anew. Do you know how quickly one can get a credit card after having filed bankruptcy? Believe it or not, card companies view you (after you file chapter 7 and get a discharge) as a "relatively good" credit risk because you can't file for another 7 years.
