Usually, imo, that means rest of Naz catches up, not other way around (of course, that is USUALLY)

At least, I don't like betting against direction of Soxx when market is flat..

Sox up due to Niles INTC upgrade and projected $7B capex for this year (over $6B last year) in the face of valuation concerns. Semi equips should have a floor under them today.
