<That's a legal question to ask... >

I understand, but CC answered and then you asked it two more times. So I guess you are calling him a liar? If so, I'm calling you on that too. Further GT (your side kick?) has asked CC that question or accused him (and me) of it about twenty times since she arrived on the scene (with the stock at 1.50 I might add)and CC answered several more times. How should any rational observer judge that? IMO, it's an organized flame.

<CC as a BAY pump and dumpster>

I utilize CC's newsletter and it's a fine one. I believe I subscribed about a year and half ago. At that time BAY was one of his recommended stocks and from reading the past archives his initial recommendation at 49 is there for all to see. I find it incredulous and the height of audacity for someone to come on here and accuse a guy who recommended a stock three years ago at 49 (that is now trading at 2.70) a P&Der.

<And you might well ask yourself why he's been given such access.>

You profess to be a broker. Have you ever been committed to an investment for three whole years (or more) or do you just "rent" stock? If you "own" stock, and you had a little gray matter, you ought to have lots of good background and info on your holding by now. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that's what CC has built up with BAY.

Zardoz, you've brought up some valid issues on the play and I've read them: the next move in POS, financing challenges, etc. If you would confine yourself to those and other fundamental aspects you won't have any trouble with me. If you choose to go the other route, I'm going to relentlessly call you for what you appear to be.

<That's a legal question to ask... and so are the rest.

I agree with that question and I did answer clearly. I hope you were satisfied.
