re 3rd point - somehow fits my divinations about getting out of a tight spot - deficit spending. like in "read my lips, no more taxes" from the other side of the mirror - so possibly the huge overdraft J6P of US of A has now on the books, will get passed (back) to US government. Quien sabe... Real estate as retirement account ... My problem with it, a normal person is seldom given a second chance, if he blows it the first time around. And it goes against the basic idea of spreading out the eggs across several nests (one single biggest item on the assets side). My own problem to be honest.
