The only place I have seem them documented is in your posts. That doesn't prove that AMD doesn't have yield problems but they haven't been very well documented.

AMD documented their yield problems in their recent CC. They stated their Athlon yields were at 100 die per wafer, which I don't believe is true anyway. Anyone with a yield model can easily tell you that based on Athlon's die size, those are terrible yields. AMD can call them whatever they want but for that die size 100DPW is terrible.
