Look, do whatever you want... I'm not saying home ownership isn't great, I have two of 'em. Just throwing in a little colour to a one dimensional discussion. In closing I will say this... owning a home and renting it out is no great shakes IMO, lot's of brain damage... I would make sure I'm stealing it. I would say another year and one could consider it... if you're not buying if from a bank or on the courthouse steps then forget it. JMO
