Any opinions: I saw something today regarding alleged Greenspan thinking that fed fund futures are pricing a rate cut too high. If he says something like this, which would indicate economy getting better in his eyes, won't the markets soar?

Looking at the BKX, seems to be in a 3 of C or 3 from the high on the 9th...should give pretty good here for a bit.
