They won't, of course. The original description of the ClawHammer was supposed to have been 0.18 micron and fit in a Socket A, it wasn't planned to have HT. AMD even said that if the motherboard supported the voltage (presumably lower, but I guess it could have been higher) all it would need is a BIOS upgrade to support a ClawHammer. I think it is clear that this approach was abandoned.
