Stock fairy I know an old timer at the Ford plant in NJ and he says they've been waiting for the boom to drop for a few years. They can tell when there is no retooling for a certain amount of years it's coming eventually. The game as far as they see it is when does it happen. Old timers are hoping for the closing so they get a juicy buyout. Younger guys sit around waiting to get screwed. Most of these dudes are pulling in 100K+ a year, so they milk it FWIW.
