have you ever seen the movie "Shrek"? The opening sequence where Shrek is taking a bath in the swamp and makes some "bubbles" and gives an impish smile as all of the fish float to the surface? That's how I look at bubbles now, they can be a lot of fun, but damn! they are dangerous.

Any thoughts as to what will be the "next" driving force behind a BIG run?

Maybe biotech? fuel cells?

Real bubbles are actually pretty uncommon. This was the first in my lifetime. I'd say the last was 1929. You may not live to see another bubble.

Bul and bear markets, OTOH, just keep coming and going.
