-10,n,-8...as for the 4 yr cycle low....if ya lookat the 4 yr cycle of 1986 the low of the year was in january of 86 ....there was a pullback in sept but from much higher levels....

All we've got is the charts.
The move from 89-2000-2001 Sept is a nasty move.
Anything can happen and mess up well layed plans, I just don't believe the DJIA will accomodate the mega bears, and revisit 4439.
