sue the auditors big--that's what i say. they are cohort crooks. Never been investor in ENE but i don't like "Big 5" acctg firms. AA's handling of contingent liability disclosure was a joke. AA must have simply sent letters to ENE's lawyers asking for all outstanding issues and left it at that. AA should have done further investigation of potential contingent liabilities on their own and hired specialists to comprehend ENE's complex trading transactions.
