I have a hunch that the Enron Execs will wish that was true...They may face the most comprehensive Justice Department investigation in corporate history. If it is proven that Lay & his buddies running Enron committed fraud, then they will pay a price (this time it doesn't matter who they're friends with). IMO, the government will make an example out of them.

It's also very possible that some of Andersen's Execs may be held accountable and serve some time in a prison.

Stay tuned...the next few months of hearings will be interesting.
