Yes, and there is no doubt in my mind that eventually, somehow someway, an incoming nuclear tipped missile or missiles will light up our radar screens.... and if we are not prepared, we will be very very sorry. Some people make the argument we do not need a missile defense because of suitcase bombs and the possibility of our enemies using ships or other means to deliver nukes, but I firmly believe we should try to cover all the proverbial bases, including possible attack from missiles.
