128mm2 is the correct die size.

Thank you.

Based on a 128mm2 die size running on a mature process, Athlon would yield about 130 DPW from a good fab. A VERY good fab would yield close to 140 DPW. AMD claimed "world class yield" at 100 DPW and an analysis of their actual output puts the yield number much lower than that. Nevertheless, even if AMD's number was correct, their characterization of the yields as "world class" was an outright lie and that is not open to interpretation. It is a fact.
