As O'Neil explained, Bush had jsut started bombing for one thing. Cheney was with Bush at a press conference the other day, with Greenspan. They had no questions for him. As for California, lol!

It is called the Enron energy policy. The Enron energy policy said no relief for California. The Enron energy policy favors drilling in ANWR. The Enron energy policy withdrew support for research on hybrid automobiles. We are being ruled by an energy oligarchy from Texas.
