Or would that be only those born within...oh, this is going to be messy...? Would that include those and their offspring who were ethnically-cleansed from the new-born state? Refugee camps arriving in Tahoe could be icky for the locals. You obviously don't mean that. I don't know who really qualifies in any particular 'race'. Like pornography, we can't really define it, but think we know it when we see it. Though others disagree, including the participants who might call something art. New York and the Mayor had discussions about art and pornography if I remember rightly. Same here in NZ at Te Papa, the state museum and art gallery. Mqurice Mq
