You must be feeling cornered. You keep skipping from one subject to another. If a marine thinks it's legal or moral to kill a prisoner, escuse me, detainee, in Guantanamo is that legal? The answer's simple: NO. Military law forbids killing unarmed civilians or prisoners with certain exceptions such as an attempt to escape. If they behave themselves, they'll have no problems. Which is a lot more than can be said of some civilians in certain buildings in NYC and Washington on 9/11/2001. It seems that various parts of the administration are making up legalities as they go Such as? Military tribunals? Just for the record, the last they were used was under a Democratic administration. Care to take some shots at FDR? the Supreme Court constrained by it's appointment of the President, cannot lodge a protest. The USSC will do as it d*n well pleases- -as it always has. What is a believer - nonbeliever or cobeliever in such a circumstance? It would appear to be whatever it is claimed to be and not challenged.* Are you on drugs or did you forget to take them?
