You must be feeling cornered. You keep skipping from one subject to another.

If a marine thinks it's legal or moral to kill a prisoner, escuse me, detainee, in Guantanamo is that legal?
The answer's simple: NO. Military law forbids killing unarmed civilians or prisoners with certain exceptions such as an attempt to escape. If they behave themselves, they'll have no problems. Which is a lot more than can be said of some civilians in certain buildings in NYC and Washington on 9/11/2001.

It seems that various parts of the administration are making up legalities as they go
Such as? Military tribunals? Just for the record, the last they were used was under a Democratic administration. Care to take some shots at FDR?

the Supreme Court constrained by it's appointment of the President, cannot lodge a protest.
The USSC will do as it d**n well pleases- -as it always has.

What is a believer - nonbeliever or cobeliever in such a circumstance? It would appear to be whatever it is claimed to be and not challenged.
Are you on drugs or did you forget to take them?

What's your whole post mean in English?
