John, if I may ask

"Here's what bugs me...everywhere i look now i see the same indicators being used almost exclusively."

(a) which indicators are you speaking of? The charts in your link show MACDD, slow stochastics, 13 ema, BBs, and momentum. All of theses seem pretty common indicators people use everyday, regardless of market conditions (except maybe the last)

(b) why are you bugged by seeing these same indicators almost everywhere you look?

(c) what do you think all this means? The implication from your post that I take is that you feel a decline is coming. If so, do you mean only for a few days or for an indefinite longer period?

The most "stinking" things I have seen this week were the bigs boys doing that big, quick dump in the last hour on Wednesday and the dump in the hour before Greenspan's speech on Friday. Still, I agree with Allan and Shack that we have another rise coming early next week. I'd guess it to be to at least to 2040 or so.
