<So, in conclusion, perhaps the system is working after all.> system is not remotely working. All your point makes is corruption passes from administration to administration, from party to party.Point being the whole body politic is corrupted at it's power points(where corporate lobbyist meet Washington D.C. ,be they republican or democrat.(this is not a party vs. party issue in my book)
Hell the Pharmaceuticals are raping the U.S. ,why, they have the biggest lobby in the United States.
They are getting away with one rip-off after another because they own so many on the Hill.
That is but one example.
Max p.s. am i the only one noticing certain generic meds are vanishing.Pharms don't like cheaper but equal products so they pay generic companies to stop producing.Biggest game is to bring out a no better drug than a much cheaper one but than shamelessly hype it and sell it at far more expensive a price.
How many dangerous drugs have the Pharms dumped on the public lately.
And why do we pay FAR higher prices for our meds than they are sold elsewhere.
Why? Corruption,it is that simple.
