I strongly believe in strong labor unions. civil liberties, women's rights, the protection of the environment, gov't regulation,etc. *************************************************************** You have a very narrow view of who votes Republican in this country. It is in fact a variety of people.....not just business interest. As far as the list above, I too believe in women's rights(naturally), labor unions when they do not become so extreme that they stifle job creation, the protection of the environment with common sense. I do not believe in civil liberties taken to an extreme....liberty taken to the point of carelessness is what permitted Sept 11 to occur. As for government regulation.....it needs a very alert watchdog. The best government is the least government.
