this is news on Bob's Kodak
15:09 ET Rumor Mill : Several rumors making the rounds today that would seem to have little credibility. But since more than a couple of traders and trading floors are talking about them, we'll let you know that they are out there. The most feasible of the two is that UAL Corp (UAL -4.7%) is steering towards Chapter 11. However, worth noting that this rumor is circulating at a time UAL is locked in a court fight with its mechanics. Some view this rumor as an attempt to gain leverage in the negotiations... A possible bankruptcy filing at Eastman Kodak (EK -3%) also is being talked about on trading floors, which would clearly catch a lot of people by surprise given that EK is trading in the high $20s.
