thx for your comments. I wasn't aware about fiscal year ending here but now as I checked - yeah ! Let me add that insiders hold almost 50%. If they are bought out then at a "sweet price". No "takeunder" here around...

EPS of 0.20 for FY2001 ? We are already there and I don't think that CCAT will post a loss for the current quarter...

I think that CCAM's fiscal year eded November and not October. For the 10K they got 90 days time (if my memory serves me correctly)
