Those are valid points. It is really hard to read a balance sheet and compare companies with consistency.

I just got my latest Business Week....Lead story on the cover....

"Cisco behind the hype"

Anderson on - Managing Risk

"There is no reward without risk"

"The business risks of the new economy are great and paradoxical. Venerable institutions have been brought down because they failed to recognize and manage emerging risks."

"The policy of being too cautious is the greatest risk of all"

Where is this guy in the picture running with the document in his hand? Seem's to me the greatest risk of all may be having investigators get a hold of your documents. Anderson seem's to have solved that problem.

I have reviewed the balance sheet data and you are absolutely wrong. The cash flow is NOT from shareholder loans, but truly from results of operations. There are certainly stock option issues with Cisco, but they do not represent loans from the shareholders as you said.

Facts are important, and what you said is just factually not true. Not even close. I challenge you to post the data online to support your claims. There are numerous sites that have electronic copies of the Cisco balance sheet online, and we can all see what you are talking about.

I am sure you made your statement in good faith, and you were just misled by someone else that seemed to know what they were talking about. Here is a link to the Cisco balance sheet which will give you a start in the right direction as you do your research. Thanks.
