Babby, reality is there is nothing to sweep under the rug. If anything private individuals of Enron violated the law for whatever personal gain. The failure of Enron has nothing to do with anyone on the Government.

The folks who ran Enron decided to change their business plan from Energy Production to Energy trading and did not understand the business dangers. Some functionaries of Enron may have concealed bad news within or outside rules and law.

A few at Enron may have violated trading rules. But insider data on Ken Lay says he did not to my inspection.
