gd - Well much as I love 1X and its descedents ( 170 days to go) I am afraid that although large parts of the coutry don't have DSL or broadband coverage:-

1. Much of that large part won't have mobile coverage either

and

2. All of the country is available satellite coverage which although async will give you a very good downlink for browsing.
