RtS,

You may have already looked at the CYMI thread, but if you haven't here is the URL.

Subject 9484

The thread was started in 1996 and presently has over 25000 posts. A lot of background just sitting there waiting to be read.<gg> The stock in the past years has not lived up to some of the expectations of many who were excited about its future in the 90s. Who knows, the requirement for DUV lasers continues to grow as the recent article(s) indicate. Maybe now is the time for CYMI to "shine".

Hi RTS,

Piper Jaffray has recently added COHR to their list.I think you are onto a great growth area within the SCE group.

If we could do as well as GNSS has done THIS YEAR we'd be able to brag on the year 2000.

Even though this has generally been a dismal year,it does show that we all should keep an open mind beyond our traditional powerhouse favorites.

Way back when this sector wasn't known about so widely - we all appreciated the fact that this sector always rebuilds itself on new emerging areas of developed technology.

It is important to remember that this "TRUISM" is ever evolving and "ALIVE AND WELL". JMHO

Thanks for a great post.

Bob
