Kyros,Thanks for the site. But, you are truly jesting, the total "budget" you refer to is a paltry $100 B and about 40% of that is for agricultural support programs of various kind (if I understand the budget correctly), another 40% for structural programs (part of which is agricultural as well), most of it instituted a long time ago. I could not find much in term of other major economic activities part of a "collection" cost of 10% and administrative costs of about the same (g). Zeev
