It seems that I have been absent from Greece too long (g) and still remember the antiquated state of their infrastructure, maybe they will not suffer that much, but time will tell. The last 20 years have been an unusual period of economic expansion worldwide, easily 'covering" on may sins, we may go (or already are in) into a period of less robust growth, and then differential problems between differing economies will become more pronounced. Then a paltry 100 B will not be enough to provide th necessary help. Zeev
