Jill - Could you ask her what the chart looked like in the three weeks ended say Dec 5th or indeed the week ended Dec 5th?

Could she draw a rough outline of what this ugliness means and how it could look 'beeatiful' again?

Could she also look at the chart around Sept 1999. I wonder what the chart looked like then. Did it for instance look 'ugly' at any time around say the middle of 1999?
