Just finished a great little story by Tom Wolfe about Robert Noyce (one of the founders of Intel) part of which dealt with an indiscretion in his youth. He stole a pig for a luau and then, the next day, in good conscience went to the farmer and admitted it. Things like this did not go unpunished in his day and he was suspended from his local college (Grinnell) for a semester.

Interesting to surmise the course of events in this day.
