And also because too many top level officials are involved. Even the Justice Dept can't be impartial. We need an outside investigation that is independent of the gov't . And I do mean independent. I would not be in favor of another Ken Starr type appointee..................I want a fair and open investigation...........not partisan either way. Maybe we should get someone from the UK or Australia!! LOL.............if they know the US law.
