Good points. A number of people I respect are seeing continued decline from here and then the squeeze. I call this the "3rd path", since mostly I see either a big squeeze or an ugly collapse.

I've gone on crash watch 3 times in this market. It doesn't mean we crash, only that the window is open. This squeeze setup is the same sort of thing -- doesn't mean it will happen, but the window is open if we turn Monday from levels close to Friday's close.

No immediate turn, no longs.
