What is your opinion of the current state of Russia? Undeveloped with great natural resources, the "low expectations" of Russian Workers could make them the next industrial giant aka the rebirth of Japan. Japan has an alcoholism problem as well btw, just it "doesn't exist" i.e. has not been accepted. Ask a Russian if they (as a Nation) drink too much you will get a resounding yes answer. That's step one I believe. Cleaning up all the pollution will be good biz for somebody..it will have to be done. Beats fighting wars. Look what happened after Desert Storm. All those weird illnesses. Corruption is a big problem, not sure if the USA could help much on that score...they have problems to fix too. ...and of course they are still learning how to be a democracy. Enough said -g- I'm not sure the Oil sanctions against Iraq did squat. Lets face it. Did it do any good or was is failed policy?. Honest answer??
