In the uncivilized Muslim Fundamentalist world, the dream is world domination. OTOH, one of the most dangerous and vicious regimes is not Muslim. It is North Korea. The leaders enrich themselves and live lavishly, while their people starve. The leaders build up their military menace, while the children go without clothes. It's sad why so many men of power are so greedy and lack any compassion for their fellow man.
